Refund & Cancellation Policy At KTJ Yacht Connect, we value your business and want to provide a smooth experience for all of our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
All Sales Are Final All bookings/ sales are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, payments cannot be returned. Reschedule Policy We understand that plans may change. A 24-hour notice is required prior to your scheduled charter date for any reschedule requests. If proper notice is given, we will gladly issue a reschedule date (subject to availability). NO REFUNDS!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
